There are currently (2013/14) over 20000 active users and more than 3000 modules used on Blackboard for teaching and learning activities. Blackboard is linked with SAP (Student Lifecycle Management) to automatically create modules and assign students to those modules, giving students access to teaching and learning material as soon as that module has commenced.
Staff training sessions are delivered regularly by QuILT as well as advice on the ways in which the features can be used for teaching and learning, administration and research.
