&nbsp;NAPQI (N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine) Is a very reactive biproduct of the metabolism of [[Paracetamol|paracetamol]] via the P-450 system. It is toxic due to it binding to essential protiens inside the hepatic cells causing liver damage.&nbsp;
