Hydrolase are a class of enzymes that is important in the hydrolysis of chemical bonds in substrates. It can cleave C-O, C-N, and C-C bonds. It can be branch into sub classes, an example would be Nuclease which cleaves Amino Acids or Peptidase which cleaves Proteins by the use of water[1][2].[3]
