Plant cells are eukaryotic. They have membrane-bound organelles including a DNA containing Nucleus[1], chloroplasts and mitochondria as well as non-membrane bound organelles such as riobosmes. Plant cell are unique in the fact they carry out photosynthesis whereas animal cells do not.
