 Interphase is the stage in The Cell Cycle where cells are preparing for Cell Division . It is where the cell grows and obtains nutrients. There are 3 phases of Interphase - G1,G2 and the S-Phase. Within the G1 Phase there is G0 or quiescent stage, which takes place outside the Cell Cycle.
