Bone Marrow is the soft tissue found in the middle of hollow bones and it makes up about 4% of the total body mass of an adult human. Bone marrow consists of haemopoietic stem cells which differentiate into Red_blood_cells, White_blood_cells and Platelets. Approximately 500 billion blood cells are produced from the bone marrow each day.
