Totipotent stem [[Cell|cells]] are some of the most important [[Stem_cell|stem cells]] and have the capability of developing into a complete human. These cells can differentiate into any type of cell, including [[placental cell|placental cells]].

Totipotent stem cells are unspecialised cells that can divide and differentiate into all the types of specialised cells in an organism.
