Anaphase II is a stage involved in Meiosis II, It is prior to Prophase II and Metaphase II but before Telophase II and Cytokinesis. During Anaphase II Spindle fibres attached to the centromere of the Dyad which are aligned on the metaphase plate, the spindle fibres originate from the Centrioles at opposite poles of the cell.
