Endonuclease is a type of [[restriction enzyme|restriction enzyme]]. There are two kinds of restriction enzymes, there is Endonuclease and [[Exonuclease|Exonuclease]]. Exonuclease digests the ends of [[DNA|DNA]] whereas Endonuclease digests in-between the ends.
