Sodium Acetate is also known as Acetic acid. it's Molecular formula is C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>3</sub>NaO<sub>2</sub>. When water is separated from Acetic acid, it becomes anhydrous, and&nbsp;therefore becomes&nbsp;Sodium Acetate.
