Density (D or ρ = Greek letter roh )can be defined mass  per unit of volume[1].

Equation: ρ= m/V SI UNITS = kg/m3

Many liquids have different densities; we can use this to separate or identify specific liquids. This also explains why water and oil are immiscible.
