Huntington disease
Huntington disease (HD) is an autosomal dominant disorder that causes some of the nerve cells to degenerate[1]. It caused by the mutation in HD gene of chromosome 4[2]. Symptoms of Huntington's disease include changes in the way people feel emotionally, talk, think about things and how they learn[3][4].
