RNA polymerase I

RNA Polymerase I transcribes the genes coding for tRNA, ribosomal RNA and other RNA. RNA Polymerase I is associated with gene transcription of 5.8S,18S and 28S rRNA genes[1].

RNA polymerase I is a 590 kDa enzyme[2].
