Francis Crick
Francis Crick (b. 1916)[1] is one half of the duo that are credited with predicting the stucture of DNA correctly. In 1953 James Watson and Francis Crick together solved the double helical structure of DNA. This explained much about how the information was copied and replicated. Their discovery was used to explain how DNA codes for proteins, with the sequence of bases (A, T, C, G). [2]
