Guanosine Monophosphate (GMP) is a Nucleotide comprised of a Guanine molecule bound to pentose ribose sugar and a single Phosphoric acid molecule. One of it's main roles in biology is it's encorperation as a Nucleotide in RNA.[1]  GMP has the chemical formula C10H14N5O8P and the Molecular weight of 363.220622 g/mol.
