Charges

 Charges are carried by atoms, ions or molecules.we can have positive,negative or a neutral charge.The kind of charge carried by a particle determines it's interaction. Positively charged particles can donate electrons while a negative one receives an electron . Like charges repel each other but unlike charges attract each other.
