Condensation Reaction is the procees by which two molecules may come together and a molecule of water  is produced. For example in the polymerisation of amino acids, several amino acids come together forming a single chain; one of the amino acid losing its OH group while the other losing its H group. Hence resulting in loss of a water molecule (H-OH).
