GDP
Guanosine diphosphate (GDP)
Guanosine diphosphate is a product of the dephosphorylation of guanosine triphosphate (GTP) by GTPases, the reaction of which is involved in G-Protein signal transduction. In order to covert GDP back to GTP, the enzymes pyruvate kinase and phosphoenolpyruvate are required.[1]
It's molecular formula is C10H15N5O11P2[2] and
