Adensoine
Adenosine is a vasodilator agent and the local tissue hypoxia leads to the parenchymal formation of it. It causes vasodilation partly through the receptor-adenylate-cyclase-cAMP pathway. Adenosine is formed in the interstitial fluid of skeletal muscle[1].
