Rna polymerases in eukaryotes

Three types of RNA polymerases exist in eukaryotes- RNA polymerase I, RNA polymerase II and RNA polymerase III. These polymerases have different locations in the nucleus, respond to different inhibitors and are specific to different templates. See table 1 for details of these polymerases.
