Endonuclease is a type of [[Restriction enzyme|restriction enzyme]]. There are two kinds of restriction enzymes, there is Endonuclease and [[Exonuclease|Exonuclease]]. Exonuclease digests the ends of [[DNA|DNA]] whereas Endonuclease digests in-between the ends.

Endonuclease is a type of restriction enzyme. There are two kinds of restriction enzymes, there is Endonuclease and Exonuclease. Exonuclease digests the ends of DNA whereas Endonuclease digests in-between the ends.
