Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) are important in regeneration of damaged tissues. Moreover, it was estimated that EGFR inhibitors can be useful for the cancer treatment. In that way, both ECF and EGFR may become a good remedy for cancer and wounds.
