This is a Wiki of biomedical science definitions and information that has been produced by the students of the School of Biomedical Sciences at Newcastle University and at Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia (NUMed).

The project was started in October 2010 by Dr Nick Morris and the pages have been created and edited by second year undergraduate students taking the Informatics Practical, and by first year students as part of the Practical Skills in Biomedical & Biomolecular Sciences module, at our UK and Malaysian campuses.

Please consult the User's Guide for information on using the wiki software.

Additional help is also available as part of the wiki, and there are also a number of help videos available (see below).
