Turner syndrome is a chromosomal condition that affects females. It arises due to chromosomal abnormalities in the formation of reproductive cells that results in 45, X monosomy on the X chromosome causing females to be short in stature and without sexual maturation[1][2]. Their mental abilities are in the normal range, however non-verbal learning disabilities and behavioral problems may arise.
