Our application process for first or second-year internships replicates the application process third-year undergraduate students undertake to be accepted onto our Graduate Recruitment Programme. Importantly, it isn't intended to catch you out. In fact, the opposite is true. If completed in the correct manner, the steps along the way will help us to know you as an individual and help you to gain a thorough understanding of our working environment. Putting in extra effort over your application will ensure that you stand out from the crowd.
