Scope of business
Before they begin, all projects go through a phase of pre-planning and development. It is therefore important that our planning and development officers provide expert advice to our clients, guiding them through this crucial phase of a project’s life-cycle.

Planning and development officers advise on the effective use of land and property resources. In carrying out this work, they take account of the economic, social and environmental factors impacting on development proposals and are skilled at understanding the business case for property and land development in a highly regulated environment. PDOs also advise on issues such as site planning, development, conservation and transport options, while taking account of rapidly changing market conditions.
