The selection process for our internships programme is designed to ensure that you see enough of Geode to make an informed choice about whether you want to join us, and for us to select high-quality students who best meet our requirements. Like most graduate employers, our selection process consists of five stages:
1. You submit your CV, completed application form, covering letter and pre-recorded presentation before the closing date.
2. If your application is eligible, you will be invited to take an online psychometric test which assesses your analytical capability.
3. If the online psychometric test is successful, you will progress to the next stage – the Candidate Application Profile Review.
4. If the above is successful, you will be invited to undertake the competency based telephone interview, lasting approximately 20 minutes.
5. On successful completion of the telephone interview, you will be invited to a selection day, which will include a face-to-face interview with a representative from the business line at one of our office locations. A ‘face-to-face’ interview is the final stage for internship applications in most cases.
