LECTURE FOUR

This lecture continues the theme of the use of antisense methods in drug discovery. The lecture gives examples of how novel antimicrobial compounds have been discovered; gives examples of other methods for the control of transcript abundance and gives an example of how antisense methods may aid in drug discovery from Streptomyces
