OMIM (Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man) is a database of human genes and genetic disorders. The database contains textual information and reference information. It also contains links to PubMed.

And as the OMIM site says: "Note: OMIM is intended for use primarily by physicians and other professionals concerned with genetic disorders, by genetics researchers, and by advanced students in science and medicine. Non-medical users and professional users viewing these images outside their areas of expertise are strongly urged to seek the assistance of an expert in the interpretation of OMIM text and images."
