TFIIB

 TFIIB is one of the eukaryotic general transcription factors (the rest of them being TFIIA, TFIID, TFIIE, TFIIF, TFIIH). It helps RNA_polymerase_II to bind to the Promoter and promoter clearence.  TFIIB has a characteristic zinc finger (DNA binding domain) at the N-terminus. It also binds to the TBP (Tata_box binding protein) stabilising it to the DNA strand containing the TATA element.
