Caffeine is a substance derived from different plans such as Coffea arabica and Coffea robusta; Camellia sinensis, Theobroma cacao, Paulinia capana and some others [1]. Its increased consumption may lead to insomnia.
The latest results showed that caffeine do not cause renal insuficiency, lower serum albumin or insulin resistance. It is at the lowest risk to cause Heart_diseases. Moreover, it can be helpfull to prevent heart problems in elderly people [2].
