Werner's syndrome is known as the "adult progeria". It involves premature ageing but isn't really seen until your 20's. People with Werner's syndrome die relatively young at around 45-54 years and the effects of death can be cancer, cardiovascular issues or any other age related diseases. Geographically it is present predominantly in Sardinia and Japan, which is an unexplained piece of data.
