Web Pages using Jmol

The Jmol/JSmol web applet allows mouse-rotatable models of molecules, molecular orbitals, reaction path animations, etc. to be shown on web pages, e.g. as descriptions of research or as teaching aids.   Viewpoints and rendering can be set at will to help the user to understand what the author intends to show.   For those who calculate molecular structures, and wish others to be able to use or verify the results, the Jmol/JSmol applet allows users to download atomic coordinates for the molecules displayed
