PS432

PS432 is a molecule which has shown great promise in targeted cancer therapy as it was shown to dramatically reduce the rate of cell division in cancer cells, resulting in declining tumour growth. It does this by allosteric inhibition of protein kinase C[1]. PS432 has an empirical formula of C23H19ClN2O5S with a molecular weight of 494.95 daltons[2].
