Raf

Raf also known as MAP Kinase Kinase Kinase is the first kinase in the phosphorylation cascade. Raf is triggered by Ras, which activates Raf through a conformational change. Once Raf is phosphorylated, it then goes on to phosphorylate Mek[1].
