Educational Programme
In Cape Town, the exhibition became part of the educational programme run by the Holocaust Centre for visiting grade 9 and 11 schoolchildren. Hundreds of students have learnt about the fate of children under the Nazis through the exhibition workshops.
After a brief introduction, learners were split up into small groups. Each group 'adopted' one panel, worked through that panel with the help of Worksheets and a Glossary, and then presented their panel to the whole group. These workshops took about 70 minutes.
